B6 and B9 both have hard drive issues now. I have been on the phone with Dell support. They have to give me a series of diagnostic procedures before coming out to replace the hard drives.
B9 has completed this stage and a technician will be in to replace the hard drive sometime next week. I have removed it from the 2nd floor and it is now in the Computer Room.
B6 will be moved upstairs in the morning.
I will try to fix B5 before we open tomorrow otherwise I will take it off of the floor and try to re-image it.
